Canada Visit Visa through WSL Consultants UAE
- Temporary Visit to Canada
Canada offers foreign nationals the opportunity to visit for temporary stays through the Canada Visit Visa. Reasons for visits can range from family visits, holidays, tourism, business meetings, or conferences. The Visit Visa typically allows for a stay of up to 6 months. Citizens from visa-exempt countries can enter Canada for 180 days without a visa. - Family Sponsorship
When applying for a Canada Visit Visa, you can include your spouse or common-law partner and dependent children under 19 years old. As of August 2014, only financially dependent children under 19 should be included, with exceptions for children with specific physical or mental disabilities. - Sponsoring Parents and Grandparents
Parents and grandparents cannot be included in the initial visit visa application. They must be sponsored by a permanent resident or citizen of Canada. Sponsorship requires signing an agreement ensuring financial support for the parent(s) or grandparent(s) and confirming they will make efforts to support themselves. - Other Sponsorships
You can also sponsor orphaned relatives under 19, such as siblings, nephews, nieces, or grandchildren, following similar criteria as for parents/grandparents. Additionally, children under 19 whom you intend to adopt can be sponsored, provided all international adoption regulations are met.
Types of Visit Visas
Single Entry Visa: Allows a one-time entry into Canada.Multiple Entry Visa: Permits multiple entries and exits from Canada for up to six months at a time, valid for up to 10 years. Applicants are typically considered for multiple entry visas by default unless specific circumstances warrant a single entry visa.

Application Process
You can apply for a Canada tourist visa online or submit a paper application at a Visa Application Center (VAC) or embassy. Each family member, including dependent children, must complete their application. Biometric information (fingerprints and photograph) may be required, depending on your citizenship. Applicants must ensure they will return to their home country before the visa expires.
Business Visa
Business visitors to Canada need a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) unless they are from visa-exempt countries. Business visitor visas are for short-term activities like conferences, site visits, or training and do not permit working in Canada. If employed by a Canadian company, a work permit is required, which must be applied for separately.
Business visitors must apply through the Canadian visa office responsible for their country of residence. Visa-exempt business visitors may need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) if arriving by air. Business visitors can bring family members, provided each has their own visitor visa application. Proof of business activity must be shown at the port of entry in Canada.
